JAM proposes to both fund and manage your litigation on a “no win no fee” basis, in full alignment with your interests and relieving you of a heavy psychological burden.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Before embarking on our litigation strategy, we define the sought outcomes together and submit our plan to you for your approval. During the process itself, we pay top experts and any other external professionals required to fulfil our mission.
SUCCESS FEE AND AN ETHICAL APPROACH
We charge 25% of your gain from the case, with a ceiling of 20 times the amounts paid to the external consultants who collaborated with us.
Part of our fee (15%) is then donated to a victims’ charity of your choice or used to fund pro bono litigation.
We only take on cases that are ethical.
Although we do not dismiss the psychological side of your battle, we remain pragmatic, focusing exclusively on material outcomes.
